SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Estimates
Local shipping: In stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery is estimated to take 3-5 business days (except for overnight courier services).
International shipping: Delivery may take 4-10 business days (subject to country, restrictions and customs delays.) Orders shipped outside South Africa may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
Custom orders shipping times are subject to the size and quantity of items, estimated delivery times will be emailed on request of a custom order.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on actual product weights or dimensions of the parcel. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item. You will be held liable for return shipping and your payment will be refunded once we receive the item back. Should your item be damaged during shipping or due to a manufacturing fault, contact us with details and photos of the damage so that we may assess and process your refund or arrange for a replacement item.
Return Guidelines
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Damage due to customer negligence

General wear and tear, including tarnishing, rust, or wear resulting from repeated use or incorrect handling and caring of items. Refer to our item care guide in FAQs.

Damaged incurred by a third-party or incidents outside of your control
Repair Services
We offer a free repair service for items damaged during shipping, damage due to manufacturing fault and/or minor damages incurred within 7 days of purchase. Any repairs needed outside of these guidelines will be billed by time, materials cost and severity of damage. You will be held liable for return shipping or you may arrange a drop off and collection if you reside in Cape Town.
